Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, in fact we encourage it. We do offer light snacks and drinks. 

  • No, The Play Lounge is not a daycare. It is an indoor play space where parents or guardians stay on-site and supervise their children while they play.

  • Yes! Socks are required for both children and adults inside the play area. No bare feet or shoes allowed.

  • Yes, all guests will undergo a quick temperature check upon entry to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

  • We accept online payments through our booking system and in-person payments at the door.

  • Monthly pass holders can redeem their sessions at the front desk.

  • If you have a multi-visit play pass, simply check in at the front desk, and we’ll deduct a visit from your pass.

  • For the entire operating hours of the play lounge

  • The Play Lounge is designed for children ages 0–8. Older children are welcome, but please note that some play areas and equipment are intended for younger children.

  • Absolutely! You are welcome to come in and celebrate a birthday during our regular hours without booking a private party. Just keep in mind that we will still be open to the public, so other families will be using the space as well. Regular admission applies, children must have a parent or responsible adult present, and tables are first come, first served and cannot be reserved.
