Yes! Socks are required for both children and adults inside the play area. No bare feet or shoes allowed.
Yes, all guests will undergo a quick temperature check upon entry to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
While walk-ins are welcome, pre-booking is highly recommended as space is limited. Walk-ins are not guaranteed entry.
We accept online payments through our booking system and in-person payments at the door.
Cancellations:

24+ Hours Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or credit toward a future visit.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable, but we can issue a credit for a future visit (one-time reschedule).

No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled time without prior notice, the booking is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Rescheduling:

24+ Hours Notice: You may reschedule your visit for free if done at least 24 hours before your original booking.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice: A small rescheduling fee (e.g., $5) may apply for changes made within 24 hours of your visit.

Same-Day Rescheduling: If space is available, we may allow same-day reschedules at the discretion of the staff.
Monthly Pass & Play Pass Holders:

Pass holders can reschedule once per month without a fee.

Missed bookings without notice will count as a used session.

Monthly pass holders can redeem their sessions at the front desk., but can reserve a time online without paying.
If you have a multi-visit play pass, simply check in at the front desk, and we’ll deduct a visit from your pass.
Each drop-in session lasts 2 hours except for the memberships will have 3 hour play time.
The Play Lounge is designed for children aged 0-6 years old.
Older children are welcome in the facility but cannot play on the toys designated for younger children.
Only small children (ages 0-5) are allowed on the toys to ensure their safety.
