Our indoor play space is designed to be inclusive and welcoming to parents and children of all abilities. We support breastfeeding parents and welcome nursing throughout our space.

Service Animals The Play Lounge welcomes service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). A service animal is a dog (or in limited cases a miniature horse) that has been individually trained to perform specific work or tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability.

Service animals are permitted in all areas of our facility that are open to the public, in accordance with the ADA and California law.

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests:

• Service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times.

• Service animals must be housebroken.

• Handlers are responsible for the care, supervision, and cleanup of their service animal.

We may ask a person with a service animal the two questions permitted by the ADA if the animal’s status is not readily apparent:

1. Is this a service animal required because of a disability?

2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?

We may ask a handler to remove a service animal that is out of control, not housebroken, or poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others.

Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and pets are not service animals under the ADA and are not permitted on site.
